Johnny Pham is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of OMNIPOWER. He co-founded the company in 2024 with Henry Lee and George Shrouder, and he leads its technology architecture, product design, supply chain, manufacturing and compliance - the full path from simulation to a validated prototype. He serves as Integration Engineer on OMNIPOWER's ARPA-E award, performing component evaluation and sourcing, loss and thermal analysis, and LTspice circuit simulation. Invention disclosures and patent strategy for the OMNI TERMINAL architecture are in progress.

He brings operational excellence and strategic process improvements across diverse industries. He built and led high-performance teams across quality control, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing, optimizing workflows and efficiency and reducing costs while maintaining the highest quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He leads the delivery of technology and products from inception to market launch, implementing rigorous operational frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety mandates - keeping complex energy hardware systems technically robust and scalable for widespread market adoption.

Johnny co-authored a published paper with NASA on a new form of efficient energy transmission. He bridges cutting-edge engineering and real-world deployment, backed by deep expertise in regulatory compliance, and his technical training spans power electronics and electronics technology.
