1. Ownership
The content on omnipower.energy (the "Site"), including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and layout, is owned by OmniPower, Inc. ("OMNIPOWER") or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party materials on the Site, including logos and content of other organizations, belong to their respective owners.

2. Trademarks
OMNIPOWER, OMNI TERMINAL, OMNISTEM, OMNINEWS, and related names and logos are brand names of OMNIPOWER. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in a way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by OMNIPOWER.

3. Permitted Use
You may view the Site, share links to it, and print or download reasonable portions of publicly available content for personal or internal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Short quotations with attribution to OMNIPOWER are welcome where permitted by fair use.

4. Restricted Use
Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, republish, modify, sell, or distribute Site content, except as allowed in Section 3 or by law
Use Site content or logos in marketing, fundraising, or public-facing materials
Scrape or bulk-download the Site, or use its content to build datasets or train AI systems

5. Submissions
If you send us materials (for example by email), our Terms of Use describe how we may use them. Please do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims
OMNIPOWER respects the rights of others. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the address below that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
Identification of the material on the Site and enough detail to find it (such as the page URL)
Your name, address, phone number, and email
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner

We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material. If we remove material you posted, you may send us a counter-notice, and we may restore it as the law provides. Submitting a knowingly false notice can have legal consequences.
