DOE: Grid Deployment Office

In August 2025, our leadership team, Henry Lee (CEO), George Shrouder (COO), and Terry Boston (Chairman), met with Director Nick Elliot at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grid Deployment Office to present the HVDC vision. The GDO requested a formal roadmap outlining our deployment strategy, including a funded pilot study, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder engagement, culminating in a shovel-ready pilot and a strategic path to modernize America’s energy infrastructure.

World Utilites Congress - UAE

In July 2025, George Shrouder, our Chief Operating Officer, was invited to Abu Dhabi as a distinguished guest speaker to present the OMNIGRID solution. His presentation ignited widespread interest across the global energy sector, attracting major players such as ADNOC, one of the world’s largest energy producers and TAQA, the UAE’s national energy company. This milestone not only amplified visibility but also positioned it at the heart of transformative discussions shaping the future of energy infrastructure and digital integration.

Global

Market Opportunity

According to Goldman Sachs' "Powering the AI Era" report published on August 2025, over $17 trillion in global capital is projected to be deployed across energy transition, utilities, and digital infrastructure by 2030.

This massive investment highlights a fundamental shift in global infrastructure priorities, driven by the dual imperatives of decarbonization and the AI revolution. As Goldman Sachs notes, "AI is poised to drive a 160% increase in data center power demand by 2030," with data centers worldwide consuming 3–4% of global power by the end of the decade.
